All products at Just Rocks are sold by weight. Prices are calculated per tonne (metric ton) and are subject to change without prior notice. Weight is determined using our on-site certified scale at the time of purchase.
The online material calculator is provided as a convenience tool for estimating purposes only. Cubic yard estimates do not constitute a binding price quote. Actual pricing is determined by the weight of material loaded and may differ from calculator estimates depending on the specific product and its density.
All prices are in Canadian dollars and are subject to applicable provincial and federal taxes (GST/PST).
Just Rocks maintains a large and varied inventory sourced from over 50 quarries across Western North America. However, specific products, colours, and sizes are subject to seasonal availability and may not be in stock at all times.
We make every effort to keep our website current, but we cannot guarantee the availability of any specific product. We strongly recommend calling ahead — especially for specialty items such as feature boulders, specific slate colours, or large quantities — to confirm availability before making the trip.
Free loading of pickup trucks, utility trailers, and dump trucks is included with all purchases. Loading is performed by our yard staff using appropriate equipment.
Customer responsibility: Customers are responsible for ensuring their vehicles are appropriate for the weight of material being loaded. Just Rocks accepts no liability for damage to customer vehicles resulting from overloading or vehicle unsuitability.

Delivery is available throughout BC and Alberta, subject to geographic accessibility and scheduling. Delivery pricing is calculated based on distance, product type, quantity, and any specialty equipment required.
Customer obligations for delivery:
For stone slinger and crane truck deliveries, additional terms may apply. These are confirmed at the time of booking.

Payment is due in full at the time of purchase for yard sales. For deliveries, payment terms are confirmed at the time of booking. Invoicing may be available for established commercial accounts by prior arrangement — contact us to enquire.
All sales are final once material has been loaded or delivered. See Returns & Exchanges for exception policy.
Due to the nature of aggregate and bulk landscape materials, all sales are considered final once material is loaded into or delivered to a customer's vehicle or property.
In cases where a product does not match its description or there has been an error in the order, please contact us immediately at 250-541-0111 or info@justrocks.ca. We will work with you to find a reasonable resolution on a case-by-case basis.
We are not able to accept returns of material that has been placed, spread, or mixed with other materials.
Just Rocks Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase, delivery, or use of our products. This includes, but is not limited to, property damage, personal injury, or loss of use.
Customers are responsible for the safe and appropriate use of all materials purchased. This includes proper handling of heavy materials, appropriate use in construction applications, and compliance with any local building codes or requirements.
Material weights vary by product and moisture content. Just Rocks does not guarantee specific weight-to-volume ratios beyond our on-site scale weight at time of sale.
Just Rocks operates seasonally, typically from early March through late November each year. We close for the winter period. Exact open and close dates vary year to year based on weather conditions and operational readiness.
Hours of operation also vary throughout the season. We strongly recommend calling ahead — 250-541-0111 — to confirm current hours before visiting the yard, particularly in early spring, late fall, or during holiday periods.
Just Rocks respects your privacy. We collect personal information (name, address, phone, email) only as necessary to process orders and communicate with customers. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Our website (justrocks.ca) may use standard web analytics tools to understand visitor traffic patterns. No personally identifiable information is collected through standard site browsing.
